Dr. M. Azadeh Afzali founded VitalOrtho™ with a vision of creating a world-class dental practice focused on long-term family care and whole-person health. With decades of clinical experience, she provides comprehensive dentistry that includes general care, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and advanced orthodontics.
Known for her attentive and compassionate approach, Dr. Afzali takes the time to listen carefully to each patient’s concerns. She believes oral health is deeply connected to overall wellness and emphasizes prevention, education, and personalized treatment planning to support lasting results.
Education, Leadership & Professional Excellence
Dr. Afzali earned her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri–Kansas City School of Dentistry, one of the nation’s most respected dental programs. During her training, she received the Exceptional Academic Achievement Scholarship, earned placement on the Dean’s Academic Honor Roll, and was recognized for honors in periodontics and early completion of degree requirements.
Her dedication to advancing dentistry extends beyond private practice. For more than 20 years, Dr. Afzali has focused on elevating standards of care, patient education, and professional training—combining technical excellence with a strong commitment to compassionate service.
