Meet our beautiful patient, Crystal, whose journey was as exceptional as her smile.

She came to me with a 100% overlap of her upper bicuspids and an extra lower right lateral. Her tongue thrust had made her believe braces were impossible.

But here’s the magic of our non-extraction orthodontic technique, we saved her displaced upper left premolar, resolved the open bite, expanded her upper jaw — All without extraction of the extra lateral which would be reducing her lower arch!

As a result, she no longer experiences the tongue thrust for stability, creating 30mm in length and 20mm in width in her pre-maxilla.
