Dr. M. Azadeh Afzali, DDS, is the Founder and Clinical Director of Lifetime Dental. With decades of experience in dentistry, she leads the practice with a philosophy rooted in personalized care, prevention, and whole-body wellness.
Dr. Afzali provides comprehensive care that includes general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, dental implants, and advanced orthodontic solutions such as Fastbraces®, HealthyStart®, and clear aligners.
