When I first met this young lady, a vibrant 16 year-old, she told me she was bothered with her underbite, and did not want to have surgery.

I was able to give her comfort in that there was no need for surgery. In fact, it was a straightforward case from the standpoint of expansion of the upper jaw, which adequately addressed the sagittal.

After a slight delay, due to the pandemic, we were able to move ahead quickly. Her active treatment time was only eight months and we very likely could have gotten her done in six months under normal circumstances.
