This patient of mine is a charming 24 year old lady who wanted to straighten her teeth. After our initial consultation where I explained the reason for her crooked teeth, she was on-board and ready to start!

I treated this case without extractions because my focus was on arch development. However, it could have been done with limited, selective extractions, while still maintaining healthy and non-constricted arches.

The lip enhancement is very noticeable in this case and I can imagine this kind of change is desirable for many.
